Darren's crannaversary is on Sunday -- the anniversary of his brain surgery and finding out about his cancer changing to a grade 4. We can’t believe it's been almost a year since Darren’s last surgery and with that comes some strong emotions. These emotions are brought out by something called a Traumatic Anniversary and that's what we are going to help you through today. It happens around the same time as when you originally had the event. Everyone experiences it differently and today we are going to give you 6 tips to help you through one of these traumatic experiences.
