Team Empower Nation is a second family to me! The two different ways to become a part of the community are through joining our Virtual Gym as a customer or joining the Virtual Gym with the coaching option and using it to build a business and an income! For me signing up as a discount coach made sense. I loved everything Beachbody had to offer and getting products at a discount was a no brainer. At the time, I had no desire to work the business, I was just happy with the discount. But after almost two years of watching others work the business and helping others, I thought, why not go for it too?! That’s what happens when you’re around so many inspiring people, you can’t help but believe in yourself!! So, I became an emerald coach! Now I’m helping others in their fitness journey and loving it!! Coaching has given me so much confidence in myself, that even my family and friends have noticed! I’ve done a lot of the programs but my favourites are PiYo, 80 day obsession, Lift 4, 10 rounds and MBF! My results have been amazing! I’ve lost 25 pounds and so many inches! The inches are the most impressive. Looking at my before pictures, I don’t even recognize myself. I highly recommend taking before pictures and measurements. Most times those pictures show so much more than the scale . Beachbody also has amazing products that have helped me in my health and fitness journey. I love drinking energize before every workout. It gives me the energy I need to give it my all. My favourite flavour was always lemon, then Beachbody came out with mixed berry, and I was in love! Also, I drink Shakeology daily!!My favourite is vegan chocolate, wouldn’t like chocolate for breakfast?! If you’re looking for a great shake that tastes amazing but is also packed with all the superfoods, then I recommend Shakeology! There is honestly nothing out there like it, and I know, I’ve tried so many and none have come close. Being a coach is something I really enjoy and I’m so thankful for my own coach. She is alway so supportive in any decision I make and has helped me so much on my entire journey of coaching. I’m so thankful to have found her and this whole community!!
Because Covid hit AND I’ve thought about it for years and years and finally I decided to go for it and I was all in from the start!! I know myself well enough that I need to workout for many reasons and this coaching gig definitely holds me accountable. I’m already in the profession of helping others...I teach so I love this aspect of it as in this part of my life I continue to help people. I love when others are happy and feel their success!! I’ve always loved everything about health and fitness so what better way to work on myself always and help others!! I decided to coach not knowing the amazing connections with the women on my team! I’m doing something I whole-heartedly believe in! I absolutely love lifting! So anything with lifting weights I’m all about! I always go back to LIIFT 4! My most recent favor is MBF & MBFA!!! Coaching has pushed me outside my comfort zone most definitely!! I’m doing things I never thought I would. I absolutely love when people, those I know and don’t know reach out to find their why, find their hope and a new journey to their new healthy lifestyle. I especially love when it’s women my age in their late 40s and 50s reach out because it’s never too late!!
Health and fitness has been a constant passion in my life, but I was not sure how to turn my passion into a job. When I was asked to sign up as a coach, I had nothing to lose and decided to just go for it! Becoming a Beachbody Coach has allowed me to share my passion for fitness with others. That’s why I became a coach! I want to help other people on their own fitness journey. On my coaching journey so far, my favorite thing has been interacting with my customers in my BOD group. It’s so fun sharing the experiences of going through a program with my group.
An online group made up of like-minded people who are all committed to getting healthy and fit!
What can you expect in my virtual gym?
Depending on the month, this may be more strength focus, cardio focus, or flexibility training. BUT, it’s so much more than only doing workouts!
Every month is different! You will have a voice in helping to determine what our focus will be outside of the ‘gym’. (Gratitude, Personal Development, Nutrition, etc).
There are also daily Facebook check-ins and accountability so that you are getting your workout in.
There are clean recipes, workout tips, and health advice! You can comment and be as vocal on the page as you are comfortable!
You can offer your personal advice & tips that worked for you to the other challengers or be just an observer, whichever is most comfortable for you.
You can expect me checking in personally with you throughout the entire challenge.
You can expect an outlet to share your frustrations or struggles in your fitness/health journey — as well as a place that will provide support and answers to those issues.
And, that means, you are also getting a place for you to share your success and celebrations in your fitness/healthy journey!!!
You can expect motivation and support from a team of positive, uplifting, and like-minded people to help you every step of the way.
You are essentially getting a FREE personal training membership from me along with encouragement from your challenge group team for life.

WHAT: This Challenge is the start of you changing the direction of your wellness and finally breaking out of the old cycles of yo-yoing or trying things that only work for a short time.

For the woman who wants to get into lifelong healthy habits instead of yo-yoing weight on and off each time she commits to a new plan. She wants this to stick! For the woman who needs a place to be connected to other women who are positive, focused on growth, encouraging, and supportive. For the woman who needs a workout she can do from home, or while traveling, that is simple enough for a beginner and that has options for when she's ready to kick it up a notch! This is for you!
WHEN: You can join our wellness communities at any time! They are evergreen! Taking this challenge is personal! And you'll be able to find the tools and support in our community groups to help you along the way. It's also where you can share your progress and have the entire community cheer you on! Need more? Becka routinely leads month-long private challenge groups where you'll be added into a private app and you'll log your daily activity for extra accountability. Just let her know which level of support you need!
