Turbo Jams – this is my soul mate workout program!!  When I first started my health & fitness journey, I signed up with this program.  I loved it so much, I became an instructor! This the workout that doesn’t feel like work. Each workout has calorie-blasting cardio, kickboxing, body-sculpting, and dance moves set to the hottest music ever. You’re scorching fat and sizzling calories at a rate of up to 1,000 an hour!

Core De Force – this is the newest one from Beachbody!  It combines martial arts and HIIT workout for maximum calorie burn.  Combined with the nutrition program, you are guaranteed success.

21 Day Fix – This program combines ultimate nutrition with workouts focused on strength, cardio, and plyometrics. It is an all-over body complete workout program!

Piyo –  Piyo is a fun, challenging program that fuses Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch!  It is an awesome low impact workout – but don’t let that fool you, there may be no weights or jumping but you get hardcore results!

P90X –  P90X is a complete 90-day home fitness system designed to get you in the best shape of your life. This program includes 12 intense workouts that use resistance and body-weight training, cardio, plyometrics, ab work, martial arts and yoga.  When you are ready for insane results, this is for you!!!
