80 Day Obsession

It’s called 80 Day Obsession for a reason!!!  To get in head-turning shape like this demands a serious commitment, meal prep, and a laser-focus on detail. You’re going to love the results you get from every single, hardworking moment: with serious commitment to workouts, meal prep, nutrition, and FUN!  I am your personal coach providing you with guidance, advice, and motivation to keep you accountable every single day!!

What to expect:

*It’s 80 days of obsessive focus on fitness and nutrition, spread over 13 weeks.

*The workouts average between 45 minutes to an hour in length.

*You have the option to be following a specially calibrated nutrition plan provided and explained in the program OR to follow my Intermittent Fasting diet.

*MY group is opening on February 12th for pre-challenge prep, tips, and advice! We start the program on February 19!

 

What equipment do you need:

*Dumbbells (light, medium, and heavy, depending on your fitness level)

*Portion-control containers

*Strength slides

*Resistance loops

*A mat if you’re working out on a hard floor.

 

What nutrition is needed:

Shakeology and I recommend, as the program does, the performance line for optimal results.
